Marlboro, NJ – April 11, 2023 – KEF America announces the promotion of Coby Owen, Parker Greenlund, and David Tavares to Sales Directors. Previously regional managers of Magnolia, each individual will assume the role of Sales Director for their respective regions: West – National Accounts, East – National Accounts, and South – National Accounts.

As one of KEF’s original regional retail sales managers, Coby Owen comes from years in luxury retail sales and has been with KEF the last five and a half years in increasing roles. Similar to Owen, Parker Greenlund came to KEF as a former luxury sales associate and Project Manager. He has been in ever increasing roles with KEF for nearly 5 years. David Tavares joined not long after Greenlund and also came from a luxury sales role, and a private business owner. Tavares started with KEF as a retail support manager and has elevated his roles and responsibilities throughout his KEF career.

“When we looked at the future of the new Retail Sales Director role, we saw a huge need for the team to diversify the structure to account for challenges we see in retail near and long-term. One person managing merchants, demand planners, merchant analysts, field leadership, field sales,

marketing, sales enablement, training, and operations is a tall task,” said Marc Lamb, Vice President of Sales, KEF America. “We decided to promote Coby, Parker, and David in these newly created roles to provide the right support in all the right places. It has been quite enlightening for all four of us and we continue to develop the position almost daily.”
